First of all, please do understand what you are buying. Our products are special purpose technical items and using them requires a level of technical understanding and hands-on skills. These are not easy plug and play modules – even if we try to make them so and say so! Please contact us prior to buying if you are unsure.
Warranty
We do not offer warranty per se due to the nature of the products. We do not sell complete products but modules and components of DIY nature, where finishing a product always requires other modules and components, connections, soldering, and often modifications.
However, we absolutely wish you a successful build and experience with our products. Therefore, if you have any issues, even a damage caused by yourself, please contact us and we can try to help in solving the issue or repairing the item. This may even help us designing a better protection in future products.
Returns
We have a two-week return policy which means you can request a return up to 14 days after receiving the item. To request a return, please contact us first.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must have no signs of use, e.g. nothing soldered on.
Buyer is responsible for all charges for returning the item.
When the item has arrived back to us, we will process the refund after inspecting the returned item. The shipping cost we paid when sending it to you (which may be slightly different from the flat fee you paid) is subtracted as well as 5% for transaction fees. Therefore, if you are eligible for a refund, the amount is 95% of the order value – shipping cost to us.
Damaged or incorrect item
If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately. All products are tested but sometimes they escape the tests, e.g. a bad solder joint can cause intermittent issues.
Likewise, contact us immediately in case you receive a wrong item.
Custom or modified items
Any custom or modified (by your request) items are not returnable.
